Seed Gut Health
It is crucial to take good care of your digestive system. Your gut controls digestion, your immune system, the health of your heart, the condition of your skin, hair, and nails, bowel movements, and more.
Eat a wide variety of veggies and high-quality meat, as well as take a probiotic supplement that is stuffed with the healthy bacteria that nourishes your gut, for the best gut health.
I had previously taken probiotics, but I didn’t really notice a difference. Till I came across Seed.
What Differentiates Seed
Only seeds are synbiotic (probiotic + prebiotic) foods that have a 100% chance of surviving digestion. The prebiotic outer capsule of the seed is formed of pomegranate and will dissolve in your stomach. The inside capsule that will make it past your stomach acid, bile salts, and digestive enzymes and make it all the way to your colon to release the 24 strains of bacteria is what distinguishes Seed from other probiotics.
You won’t be receiving the full advantages from other probiotics or probiotic-packed meals like yogurt, kimchi, or sauerkraut because they won’t reach your colon. With this knowledge, purchasing any further probiotics seems like a waste of money.
Seed Health Review
I can personally attest that Seed is superior to any other probiotic I’ve ever taken in terms of effectiveness. I started noticing a difference a few days after switching.
I began by taking just 1 capsule every day while my body adjusted, as Seed advises. I started experiencing several bowel motions every day on day 2. On days three and four, the frequency of bowel movements began to stabilize. I also observed that I was less bloated and that my stomach appeared flatter.
On day 5, I started increasing to 2 capsules per day, and my body took it just fine.
I noticed my skin was looking brighter after a few weeks, and I also experienced a major increase in energy (which is saying a lot because I have three boys under the age of six and will take any additional energy I can get!).
Being able to digest dairy without experiencing uncomfortable gas or bloating the next day is one of the best advantages I have experienced. I believe Seed was able to help and replace any holes in my microbiome that prevented me from properly digesting dairy. This alone has made it feel so worth it for me, and I first noticed it around two months after starting Seed.
Conclusion
It makes perfect sense to me to continue with Seed. I can’t stress how highly I suggest it, and I constantly receive feedback from you guys about how thankful you are for the advantages Seed has brought you.
